Misc config files and code snippets to help diagnose Tuwunel 1.7 Homeserver running on Debian 13.5

Homeserver has been set up on the temporary domain FallenDiva.com and users gain access by registration tokens.

Active Homeserver components are Tuwunel 1.7, Caddy 2.11.4, LiveKit, and Element Web.

Current homeserver is deliberately NOT federated.

ISSUE: Homeserver has three registered users at this time. Admin and Users B & C.

Admin and User B share the same LAN and when using Element Web can successfully initiate chats, audio calls, video calls and file-sharing.

However, when Admin and User C on a different LAN communicate they can only CHAT and are unable to establish RTC calls, video or file-sharing.
